These terms govern your use of eSimTai and the eSIM data plans you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
About us
eSimTai is a reseller of travel eSIM data plans. We are not a mobile network operator; connectivity is provided by our upstream partners and their local carriers.
Your plan
Each plan lists its data allowance, validity period and covered destinations. Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, unless stated otherwise. Plans are data-only and do not include a phone number, calls or SMS.
Device requirements
You are responsible for confirming your device is eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked before purchase. See our How it works page for supported devices.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in TWD or USD and charged at checkout. We recompute the price on our server at the time of purchase. You receive your eSIM and QR code by email and in the app once payment succeeds.
Acceptable use
Plans are for personal use. Fraud, reselling, or use that breaches a local carrier’s fair-use policy may result in suspension without refund.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Liability
We work to keep service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted coverage, as it depends on local networks. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any plan is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always appears on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
