Account details (your email, via our sign-in provider), order history, and the eSIM identifiers needed to deliver and support your plan. We do not store full payment card numbers; payments are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
To create and deliver your eSIM, show your usage and orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with our eSIM supplier (to provision your plan) and our payment provider (to take payment). We do not sell your personal data.
Authentication
Sign-in is handled by Clerk. Your credentials are managed by them, not stored by us.
Data retention
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing our support team.
Cookies
Our website uses a few functional cookies (for example, your language and currency preference). We do not use them for advertising.
