We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when a refund is possible.
Eligible for a refund
Plans that have not been installed or activated can be refunded in full. If a plan cannot be installed or fails due to a technical problem on our side, we will refund or replace it.
Not eligible
Once a plan has been activated or any data has been used, it cannot be refunded. Buying the wrong plan after activation is not refundable, but our support team can help you choose a better fit next time.
How to request
Email our support team with your order number and a short description. We aim to respond within one business day.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
