How it works
Everything from checkout to connected, step by step.
1. Pick your plan
Choose your destination (or a regional/global plan) and a data amount that matches your trip. Prices show in TWD or USD.
2. Pay and get your eSIM
Check out securely. Your eSIM and its QR code arrive instantly by email and appear in the app under My eSIMs.
3. Install before you fly
Install the eSIM while you have Wi-Fi at home. It won’t use data or start your plan yet.
4. Connect on arrival
When you land, turn on the eSIM line and its data roaming. Your plan activates the first time it connects, and your original SIM stays put.
Installing your eSIM
On iPhone
- Open the eSIM in the app and tap “Add eSIM to this iPhone”, or go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM.
- Scan the QR code, or enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code manually.
- Label the line (e.g. “Travel”) and pick your default line for calls and data.
On Android
- Go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM (wording varies by phone).
- Scan the QR code, or enter the activation details manually.
- Turn on the eSIM and enable data roaming for it once you arrive.
Activating at your destination
Most plans start counting from the first time the eSIM connects to a local network. Turn on data roaming for the travel line and you’re online. (Roaming on the travel line is normal for eSIMs and won’t trigger your home carrier’s roaming charges.)
Is my phone compatible?
eSIM works on most phones from the last few years, and your phone must be carrier-unlocked. Commonly supported devices:
- ✓ iPhone XS, XR and newer
- ✓ Google Pixel 3 and newer
- ✓ Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer
- ✓ Most recent cellular iPads
